Description
Beautiful 14 hectares (34,6 acres) large Finca in purely agricultural highlands of Turrialba with a panoramic view to the 1200-1500 m high mountains across the valley, to the about 600 meters deeper lying valley of Pacayitas and La Suiza and even to the Caribbean.

Location
The finca is in the granary of Costa Rica and therefore has a very good transport infrastructure with excellent roads and demonstrates an upgraded model the public transport network: Thus, the distance to the Caribbean coast by car is about 2 h, to the capital of San Jose about 2 hours (36 buses per day) and the beaches of the Pacific coast can be reached, depending on the traffic situation, in about 4 hours travel time.

The towns of La Suiza and Pacayitas (5 km) have shops, stores, gas stations and garages. The city of Turrialba is located about 20 minutes away. It has all the possibilities of a modern town such as banks, notaries, doctors, dentists, clinics, pharmacies, veterinarians, stores, gas stations, shops, restaurants, schools, kindergardens, hotels and a university and an internationally renowned, agronomic research center CATIE. Turrialba, despite many attractions such as rafting, volcano, excavations although international tourism is hardly developed yet.
